I think it’s safe to assume that if you’re listening to this podcast, you’re a man who is interested in becoming a more capable man. Unfortunately, the men who have come before us have, in a lot of ways, made it possible for us not to have to step up the way we as men ought to – as “savage servants.”

Today, I am joined by Nick Koumalatsos – a former member of Marine Reconnaissance – to talk about what it means to be a “Savage Servant.” We also discuss physical fitness as the foundation of what it means to be a man, why we must fabricate struggle, positive programming, and personal growth through humility.

SHOW HIGHLIGHTS:

  • We don’t have to make the mistakes of our parents
  • Gaining vision for your life at a young age
  • Balance between a giving your kids a better life and fabricating challenges
  • Sons generally look like their father
  • Positive programming with your sons
  • We need to put effort into our kids
  • Moving past judgment of others
  • Humility is being a savage servant
  • If you prepare, you are less likely to need it
  • Our foundational anchor is physical fitness and health
