Last week, at Origin Immersion Camp, I had the opportunity to sit down with my good friend, former Navy SEAL, and director of experiential leadership training programs for Echelon Front, JP Dinnell. We didn’t have a lot of time but we got into some subjects that him and I have never discussed before and I know you’re going to get a ton of value from
We talk about the relationship between trust and influence, allowing the people you lead to come up with solutions to their own problems, why you need to avoid creating dependency from others and how to do that, the concept of working, “up and out,” teaching how to think vs. what to think, and how to pray and work with intent.

I’ve spent a ton of time over the past several weeks really contemplating my performance and how I’m showing up both personally and professionally for my family, friends, and those of you who tune into what we’re doing here with Order of Man. It’s been a lot of time of self-reflection and, as challenging as it can be and has been in the past, it’s been therapeutic and helped me get back on the path I want to travel.
And, speaking of therapeutic, my guest today is John Kim, AKA The Angry Therapist. Today, we talk about the differences between liking and loving yourself and which is better to strive for, why we have to be careful of stamping ourselves as failures, how to uncover false beliefs burned in our subconscious, the power of identifying our value systems, and how to move away from the “pseudo self” to the “solid self.”

One of the greatest challenges we face as men is finding a like-minded band of brothers we can rely on when needed and we can serve as they need us. In the ease of modernity, we’ve been led to believe we can and have to go at life alone. That just isn’t the case.
My guest today is the President of F3 Nation, whom a lot of you are familiar with. His name is Frank Schwartz and he goes by the nickname, “Dark Helmet.” Today, Frank and I talk about the power of fitness, fellowship, and faith in a man’s life, overcoming the feeling of dissatisfaction, becoming a high-impact man, our desperation for love and recognition (yes, even in men), and the positive benefits of engaging in dangerous, dirty, and difficult pursuits.

You know as well as I do all the cultural dangers ourselves, families, and communities are presented with. And, as much as we’d like to pin it on some politician or outside factor beyond our control, the bigger issue is that the greatest threat is ourselves and our unwillingness to face the challenges that we see.
My guest today is Kirk Cameron. He is an actor and is most well-known for his character, Mike Seaver on the 80’s hit sitcom, Growing Pains. Today, Kirk and I talk about what he dubs the “moral meat grinder,” why direction is more important that perfection, the power of divine intervention and guidance, the deconstruction of society, and how to become a man of faith and character.

We’ve all begun to see the writing on the wall as it pertains to the loss in American manufacturing and the damage to the American supply chain. Continually, we have experienced losing jobs, harder to find items from toilet paper and baby formula to increasing concerns over Taiwan’s domination over the semiconductor market, and increasing costs for everyday goods and services.
My guest today is a man who is doing something about it. His name is Pete Roberts and he is the founder of OriginUSA which has dedicated itself to making all of their goods and products in America by Americans. Today, we talk about ever-changing market dynamics and how to stay ahead of the curve, why it’s crucial we honor our past manufacturing heritage, building what Pete calls, a “blockchain of manufacturing,” the power of the “blue collar mindset,” and fully unlocking American Potential.
